Phenomenal work from our Galway Water Repair and Maintenance crews this past weekend. Beginning on Friday, our team responded rapidly to repair a 250mm burst water main in Moycullen village. On Saturday, two separate Source Civil crews worked tirelessly to repair two major 300mm water main bursts on Lough Atalia Road and at Monivea Road in Galway City. These significant unplanned outages occurred at critical times for water supply across Galway City and County. Thanks to the swift mobilisation, expertise and dedication of our crews, repairs were completed and water services were restored within a critical timeframe, helping to minimise disruption for customers. Huge credit to our Galway teams for their outstanding commitment, teamwork and tireless efforts over the weekend.

Congratulations to Sean Laverty, Lee Armstrong and Daniel Pojoga, whose proactive approach, attention to detail and commitment to identifying and resolving onsite issues continue to set the standard. Adding to the week’s achievements, the same Source Civil team also secured a 100% score following ‘Lifting Operations’ and ‘Mobile Equipment’ inspections at the same site outside of Dublin. At Source Civil, safety remains our number one priority and a core value across every project and site we deliver.
