Yesterday we attended the spare parts training provided by Pottinger Ireland and three staff from Pottinger Austria.
Pottinger Ireland located in Clonmel Co.Tipperary is an excellent facility to have, they provide training for their dealers in sales, service and parts to keep the dealers up to date with the products and services.
I can say personal it was a great success and well done to all the Team at Pottinger Ireland and Pottinger Austria for the day.

With some manufacturers the spare parts department can be overlooked but not with Pottinger, they understand how valuable and important a great parts service is too the customer, parts knowledge and availability is super important when a customers needs parts for his machine.
With this training they can make sure each dealer is in the right direction.
