Our machine honors the craft of this process, while enabling a single operator to make five cups simultaneously with absolute precision. It also guarantees that each cup is repeatable and consistent while providing the throughput and reliability necessary coffee shops, restaurants, and events. We have carefully designed the machine with the user experience in mind. The surprisingly graceful moveme

nt of the nozzle is part of that experience. It delivers measured pours into each coffee filter as it moves through a unique combination of linear and rotational motion. We have also paid close attention to the operation and interface, making sure that the barista is an essential part of the experience. They lend their expertise in setting up the profile of the pour through a simple mobile app and still provide the human element necessary to serving their customers. With the Poursteady machine, we hope to make pour-over coffee accessible to the growing market of quality coffee enthusiasts.

We had a very nice time chatting with Lead Barista Stephanie of all about PS1 and, in addition to serving some seriously delicious coffees by , they make use of it for training staff. Well worth a visit!
