Ballymote Boxing Club

Ballymote Boxing Club Training sessions on every Monday and Friday. Juniors 7yrs-12yrs 6pm-7pm
Seniors 13yrs+7pm- 8.30pm Its 3 euro per training session. No gum shields, No sparing!

If you wish to box or just achieve a better fitness level you are welcome to get involved in the club, we have a broad and diverse range of boxers of all different ages, sizes and skill levels male and female. Typical training
Normal sessions include: A optional 10 minute quick paced run around the town(aimed at older members) 10 minute warm up, 5 minute stretch, 15 minute strength and conditionin

g training, 30 minute technique work, either 20 minute sparing session or circuit training, finally a 10 minute warm down and stretch. Equipment needed
For your first training session you are not required to bring anything, however after this it is recommended you bring boxing wraps and gum shields, both can be found in any major sporting shop(Elverys). Training Times
