A dining and bar experience where every material was chosen with intention. The dark, textured stone flooring sets the entire atmosphere of the space: grounding, moody, and quietly sophisticated beneath warm leather, wood, and amber light.

Marble Verde Patricia as the bar counter top, its deep forest green adding depth and character to a space designed to feel both intimate and electric.

Day 4 was everything we hoped this week would be.

Walk-in visitors filled the booth designers, architects, collectors, and curious minds all drawn to the same thing: stone that carries memory, form that carries meaning. Conversations flowed naturally from one piece to the next. Questions became connections. Connections became something lasting.

And as the sun set over Pengembak Beach, we welcomed our guests to An Evening of Resonance an intimate gathering of design, craft, wh**ky, and conversation under the Bali sky. The kind of evening that reminds you why gathering in person still matters.

On the sidelines of JIA Curated 2026, we gathered the people who matter most designers, architects, and creative minds for an intimate VIP Luncheon at Meru, Sanur. At afternoon conversations turned into collaborations.

Tradition is not something we preserve behind glass.
It is something we grow.

Pusaka by Eugenio Hendro is a luminous pillar of stone carved by hand, illuminated from within, wrapped in blooming tendrils that rise and reach while remaining rooted. It is not decoration. It is a declaration: that the brightest future is one built upon the wisdom of those who came before.

Every texture on this surface is the result of patience. Every curve reflects a deep listening to the stone not a desire to control it, but a willingness to understand it. The carving does not impose a form onto the material. It reveals what was already there, waiting.

Growing up in Manado, North Sulawesi, Eugenio developed an early and abiding love for his country's culture its craft traditions, its detail, its stories. Through Eugenio Hendro Design Studio, that love has become a practice: refining time-honored artisanal techniques so they remain not just relevant, but alive. His work makes cultural heritage something you encounter in daily life not in a museum, not behind glass, but in the objects that surround you.

Pusaka is that philosophy made stone. A dialogue between handcraft and technology, between heritage and innovation, between what has been and what is still becoming.
