Responsibilities:

1. Manage Whatsapp and social media channels for customer feedback and concerns
2. Identify customers’ needs, attend to their issues and complaints, and process resolutions – escalating them to the Product Team as needed
3. Communicate information and updates clearly and effectively to the customers
4. Always practice compassion and build good relationships with the customers
5. Assist the Marketing Team in their operational needs
6. Periodically check the customer support dashboard
7. Make construction work drawings if needed
8. Arrange material purchases according to budget

Preferred Skills:

Mastering MsWord, Excel, Autocad, Sketchup software

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer support function or related field
2. Empathetic and has a customer-first mindset
3. Good interpersonal skills, able to build internal and external relationships
4. Proactive and is able to multi-task, displays effective time management skills
5. Clear communicator with good English communication skills
