The new powerful DV Power Current and Voltage Transformer Analyzer CVA500 with a large 10.1-inch touchscreen display represents an evolution testing technology that provides user-friendly and fast test ex*****on of the full range of current transformer (CT), voltage transformer (VT), and capacitive voltage
transformer (CVT) tests.

CVA500 simultaneously measures CT knee point, turns ratio, polarity, and winding resistance in all taps. The automated test feature performs all these measurements in one test, including CT demagnetization, insulation resistance, and burden test, without any operator intervention. This significantly reduces testing time and helps to avoid possible issues caused by operators.

DvPower - Circuit Breaker Analyzers & Timers CAT500 series

The CAT500 is a new high-end Circuit Breaker Analyzer & Timer designed for condition assessments of all types of medium and high voltage circuit breakers.

Graphical touchscreen 10.1-inch color interface provides easy and intuitive setup, ex*****on and

Simultaneous timing, static (contact) resistance and dynamic resistance measurement of up to 12 interrupting chambers of live tank circuit breakers can be obtained with CAT Modules (optional feature).

Application
The list of the instrument applications includes:

DvPower - Battery Load Units BLU - A Series

The Battery Load Units – BLU-A series are stand-alone or PC-controlled battery capacity
test set, based on a state-of-the-art technology, using the most advanced power electronics
solutions with coolers and fans integrated into device.

The BLU-A series devices are lightweight solution for the test engineers from all around
the world, developed to meet customer’s wide ranging test procedures (standardized as well as
customized). Using a BLU-A device, the capacity test is performed in an accurate, userfriendly way in accordance to actual standards for battery testing (IEEE 450-2010 / 1188-2005 / 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22 and other relevant standards).

Typical application is measuring the capacity of batteries up to 500 V DC. Additionally, BLU-A & ZVD
system enables full discharge of the battery (down to 0 V DC).
BLU-A Series can be applied to batteries that can be found in (but not limited to):
• Power plants

DvPower - Ground Grid Integrity Tester GGT Series

GGT is the test set specially designed for inspection of the substation ground grid integrity.
The test is done as per IEEE 80. During a measurement, the instrument generates
continuous current (up to 300 A / 60 s for GGT300 model and up to 200 A / 60 s for GGT200). During
the test, current and voltage drops are measured and displayed simultaneously. The voltage drop
between two measurement points (red and black clamps) is the main parameter that should be
checked. The voltage drop on the current cables does not affect this parameter, since it is
measured directly using the voltage sense cables.

Application
A typical application is to measure the resistance of non-inductive test objects:
- Substation ground grid integrity test (as per IEEE 80)
- High- and medium-voltage circuit breakers test (live and dead tank)
- High- and medium-voltage disconnecting switches test
- Gas isolated switchgear test (GIS)
- High-current bus bar joints test
- Cable splices, welding joints, fuses, etc.
