Poučni posjet Norveškoj
Dvadesetak studenata, stipendista i profesora otišlo je u Norvešku na projekt Blåfalli - Gismarvik iz prve ruke vidjeti kako izgleda rad na jednom velikom međunarodnom projektu.
Naši su stručnjaci goste s Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva – Zavoda za visoki napon i energetiku te Građevinskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu tijekom četiri dana upoznali s fazama ovog projekta, od organizacije gradilišta i upravljanja projektom i ugovorima, do specifičnih metoda izgradnje dalekovoda u zahtjevnim vremenskim i terenskim uvjetima.
Obuhvaćene su i konkretne teme poput elektromontažnih radova, građevinskih poslova na temeljima, postavljanja uzemljenja, montaže stupova i primjene implozivnih spojnica, ali i one manje vidljive poput logistike, zbrinjavanja otpada te optimizacije dinamike izvođenja.
Potpuno očekivano, poseban dojam na naše posjetitelje ostavio je pregled trase helikopterom. Uz stručni dio, jednako važan bio je i onaj neformalni. Kroz razgovore i druženje s projektnim timom studenti su dobili uvid u život i rad na inozemnom projektu.
Studentima je ova prilika da posjete ovako veliki i zahtjevni projekt dala uvid u potencijalni profesionalni put. Iz prve ruke su vidjeli kako interdisciplinarnost povezuje građevinske i elektrotehničke aspekte.

Educational Visit to Norway
Around twenty students, scholarship recipients and professors travelled to Norway to visit the Blåfalli – Gismarvik project and gain first-hand insight into what it is like to work on a large international project.
Over the course of four days, our experts introduced guests from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing – Department of High Voltage and Power Engineering, as well as the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Zagreb, to the different phases of the project, from site organisation and project and contract management to specific transmission line construction methods in demanding weather and terrain conditions.
The programme also covered practical topics such as electrical installation works, civil works on foundations, grounding installation, tower er****on and the use of implosive connectors, as well as less visible aspects like logistics, waste management and optimisation of construction timelines.
As expected, a helicopter route inspection left a particularly strong impression on our visitors. Alongside the professional programme, the informal aspect was equally important. Through conversations and time spent with the project team, students gained insight into life and work on an international project.
This opportunity to visit such a large and demanding project provided students with valuable insight into potential career paths. They experienced first-hand how interdisciplinarity connects civil and electrical engineering.
