Somehow, it was time to conclude an important episode in my audiophile experience, but also in the creative side of life. I wouldn't say it was the peak or the max. the reach I would venture into when creating something like that, but let's say I wouldn't repeat something so complex again. I think that with this project I achieved some of my goals after 30 years of paths in creativity and dreams of how it should look and sound when you work without too many compromises.
The speakers saw the light of day in 2018 after many years of preparation and information gathering. The project was extremely demanding because there were a lot of unknowns and I tried (and succeeded) to do everything myself. The result was beyond my expectations, and regardless of the fact that I completely abandon such a concept, it will always remain in my fond memory as an exceptional speaker with great sonic possibilities and as something on which I proved to myself what I can do.
It was presented at quite a few fairs and events, and even with considerable success in any space, which proves that a good speaker can be installed almost anywhere.
But life goes on and I turn to some simpler and conceptually different projects. Maybe it's maturing in some way or simply endless exploration of some new things.
Whatever it was, it was a nice meeting with active boxes that had that something... 😊😊
