Thank you, CROMA, for another great Managers' Congress in Opatija!

Our colleague Nikola Jurišić had the opportunity to join the panel "Managers' Health: Still a Taboo?", and we're happy to have been part of the conversation.

A special thank you to Ana Falak for the kind invitation!

As every year, it was great to catch up, exchange ideas and connect with fellow professionals.

See you next year! 👋

A great 2 days in Rome at the Dassault Systèmes Planning UP event! 🇮🇹

Our Nikolina and Danko joined fellow partners to exchange ideas, learn about upcoming developments and discuss what's next for the industry.

We were especially happy to see AITAC highlighted for our Marine & Offshore success story and recognised as a key partner for worldwide deployment in the sector! 👏

Thank you to Dassault Systèmes for the insightful presentations, great conversations and the opportunity to connect!

Great afternoon with our partners from Naval Group!

It was a pleasure welcoming the team to AITAC for productive discussions on shipbuilding engineering, 3D modelling and future cooperation, with valuable input from 3. Maj Shipyard.

Our CEO Marijan Lorencin and our colleague Ema Kukuljan enjoyed meeting new people, exchanging ideas and making some interesting connections.

A big thank you to Maja Borovina Frankić for bringing everyone together, and to Krešimir Macan for taking the time to interview Marijan!

Is managers' health still a taboo topic? 🤔

On 23 October, our colleague Nikola Jurišić will join the panel "Managers' Health: Still a Taboo?" at the CROMA Managers' Congress 2026 in Opatija.

They'll discuss the pressures of leadership, work-life balance and why taking care of yourself matters just as much as taking care of your team.

If you're attending the Congress, join the conversation!

See you there! 👋

Learn. Share. Grow. is back! 🌱

Over the next few weeks, our colleagues will be taking the floor to share their knowledge, experience and interests with each other.

This year’s topics range from engineering, digitalisation and cybersecurity to marketing, psychology and the future of shipping.

And we’re kicking things off this week with quite a mix. 😄

Because there’s a lot of knowledge inside AITAC, and LSG is all about sharing it.

A full house and some new faces!

Last Friday, we welcomed our newest Espera X colleagues from the Zagreb office for a day of introductions, knowledge sharing and getting to know the team behind AITAC’s Solutions pillar.

Plenty of 3DEXPERIENCE experience around one table and even more to come.

Welcome Rento, Andrej, Zvonimir and Prasad!

From Šibenik to Zadar.

After 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗦 𝟯, our defence-focused week continued at 𝗘𝗨 𝟰 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

A great opportunity to continue discussions around the 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲, reconnect with familiar faces and hear different perspectives on the future of Croatia’s defence capabilities.

Two cities, plenty of good conversations and a very busy end to the week!
