📦 剛完成了一個政府醫院藥劑部的小項目

最近我們為天水圍醫院普通科門診藥劑部完成了一套訂製輸送帶系統，這也是我們在6個月內第二個交付給政府醫院的輸送帶系統。

這套小系統的作用很單純：將配好的藥物從藥架送到核對站，讓藥劑師在發藥前能再次核對處方和病人姓名。

🔧 系統包括3台輕型迷你輸送機：

2台鋁製機身，配食品級PU輸送帶

1台具伸縮功能的304不鏽鋼機身，配塑膠模組式輸送帶

整套系統是因應藥劑部有限的空間而度身訂造，同時盡量保持應有的品質、工藝，以及符合醫院管理局的安全要求。

慶幸又多了一位用得滿意的用家。
📦 New Project Completed – Government Hospital Pharmacy

We’re proud to share that we’ve recently completed another conveyor system for a Government Hospital Pharmacy – our second hospital project in just 6 months!

This tailor-made system safely conveys prescribed medicine from the drug shelves to the checking station, where pharmacists double-check the prescription and patient name before dispatch.

🔧 The system includes:

3 light-duty mini conveyors

2 aluminum conveyors with food-grade PU belts

1 extendable 304 stainless steel conveyor with a plastic modular belt

All of this was designed to fit into the pharmacy’s limited floor space – without compromising on build quality, workmanship, or the stringent safety requirements of the Hospital Authority.

Last week, I revisited a FedEx downtown courier center with a conveyor system that we supplied 5–6 years ago. Despite daily use—sometimes forceful and even abusively —the system is still running smoothly. That’s the true measure of our engineering design quality and product reliability. Our systems don't just handle normal operation; they endure tough handling without failing. The quality of our design work ensures structural strength and long-term stability. A key contributor to this lasting performance is our routine preventive maintenance, which keeps everything in top shape. Exciting News from PERT Engineering Ltd.✈️
We are thrilled to see the brand new "Park & Fly" facility officially opens at Hong Kong International Airport! This innovative facility lets travellers from Guangdong and Macau drive across the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) and go straight to their flights without passing through Hong Kong border control – all in under 30 minutes!
A huge part of this project? That’s where we come in. 🤩
Since 2023, we have been working with the main contractor, Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC), to supply and install the core baggage system for this new facility.
Our team supplied eight sets of Baggage Check-in & Weighing Conveyors, plus all the connecting conveyors that move luggage from the counters to the sorting area. It’s an honour to have our technology be the first point of contact for thousands of travellers using this seamless new link between the Greater Bay Area and HKIA.

我們的團隊提供了八套行李託運及秤重輸送機，以及所有連接輸送系統，確保行李能從登記櫃檯順暢運送至分揀區。能夠讓我們的技術成為數以千計使用這條「大灣區與香港機場」無縫連接的旅客的第一個接觸點，實屬榮幸！

當香港一家主要航空餐飲服務供應商決心重塑機上餐飲的可持續發展模式時，他們面臨一個業界常見的難題：回程航班產生的廚餘仍被當作一般廢物處理，缺乏有效的分類系統。就在此時，我們參與其中。

2024年，我們為這家客戶設計並安裝了一套量身訂製的輸送系統，成為其全新廚餘回收流程的核心骨幹。這套系統由超過50台輸送機組成，涵蓋工程塑膠模塊網帶輸送機與滾筒輸送機，全面採用SS304不鏽鋼框架及IP65防水等級的全密閉式馬達，足以應付高強度、高潔淨要求的餐飲操作環境。我們的方案實現了廚餘與一般廢物在源頭的自動化精準分流——將以往廢棄物處理的瓶頸，轉化為一個潔淨、高效的自動化回收鏈。

成果立竿見影。這家客戶的廚餘回收處理量提升了200%，較以往增長兩倍。分類後的廚餘現在直接送往O·PARK，轉化為生物氣與電力，讓原本送往堆填區的廢物，得以點亮千家萬戶。

可持續發展並非唯一收穫。我們的輸送系統同時優化了設備使用效率，協助客戶實現用電量減少70%、用水量削減近60%的顯著成效。透過將沖洗與分揀工序分離，我們協助客戶避免機器不必要的運轉，在維持處理量的同時大幅降低能耗。

這項目的成功，亦建基於我們對客戶7x24小時不間斷營運的承諾：提供4小時內緊急到場的系統恢復服務，確保生產線時刻順暢運作。

這不僅是一次技術升級，更是理念的實證。它證明了恰當的物料輸送系統，能夠同時驅動環保績效與營運效益。我們很榮幸能在客戶的轉型路上扮演關鍵角色，也期待與更多行業先行者攜手，將可持續發展的目標化為具體成果。

When a major Hong Kong air catering services provider set out to redefine inflight catering sustainability, they faced a familiar industry challenge: inbound food waste was still treated as general waste, with no efficient segregation system in place. That's where we came in.

In 2024, we supplied and integrated a custom-engineered conveyor system that became the backbone of this customer's new food waste recycling workflow. Our solution enabled the seamless segregation of food waste from general waste at source—transforming what was once a disposal bottleneck into a clean, automated, and highly efficient recycling stream.

The impact was immediate and measurable. Food waste recycling capacity tripled, rising by 200%. The segregated waste is now delivered directly to O·PARK, where it is converted into biogas and electricity—powering thousands of homes from what was previously sent to landfill.

But the benefits didn't stop at sustainability. Our conveyor system also optimized equipment utilization, helping this customer achieve a 70% reduction in electricity use and nearly 60% in water consumption. By enabling separate stripping and washing processes, we helped minimize unnecessary machine operation without compromising throughput.

This project is more than a technical upgrade—it's a proof point. It shows how the right material handling system can unlock both environmental and operational gains. We're proud to have played a central role in our customer's journey, and we're ready to help other industry leaders turn their sustainability goals into tangible results.
