Stories and Creativity Together | 13 Years of Partnership with Hans Andersen Club
At Orientop, we believe that a company’s value lies not only in delivering quality products and services, but also in giving back to the community through sincere and meaningful action—creating moments of care, inspiration, and joy for children.
This July, we were delighted to once again join hands with Hans Andersen Club for a community event featuring the puppet story theatre, “Flooded”, and the “Green Genie” Glass Magic House workshop. Together, these activities invited children on an engaging journey of storytelling, imagination, and creativity. This year also marks the 13th year of partnership between Orientop and Hans Andersen Club. Over the years, through different forms of support and staff volunteer participation, we have been honoured to accompany the Club in serving local children and families, helping care and connection continue to grow in the community. 💚
The event began with the puppet story theatre, Flooded. As children followed the animals’ experiences of flooding brought about by extreme weather, they eagerly shared ideas and possible solutions to help them. Through this lively and engaging experience, children explored environmental themes while developing empathy, imagination, and problem-solving skills. 🎭🌧️
The programme continued with the “Green Genie” Glass Magic House workshop, where children used recycled glass sand to create their own one-of-a-kind miniature ecosystem bottles. Every creation reflected their creativity and thoughtful effort, while offering a hands-on opportunity to discover the possibilities of repurposed materials and bring a message of caring for resources and the environment home with them. 🏠♻️
Our heartfelt thanks go to Hans Andersen Club, all participating families, and every colleague who contributed to the planning and delivery of the event. Orientop looks forward to continuing our journey with community partners—using stories to inspire imagination and creativity to bring people together, while creating more warm and memorable moments for children. ✨
