I. Background

At this stage, the voltage of new energy motors is generally within 800V, and if new energy vehicle motors are directly powered by batteries to test their performance, there are problems such as difficulty in controlling the battery voltage, frequent replacement of batteries, and the high price of batteries, which makes it impossible to accurately test the performance of motors in the case of fully charged and under-charged batteries, and so on.
Series of program-controlled DC power supply, with constant voltage and current mode, program-controlled output mode, can simulate the battery in full or loss of power to test the performance of the motor.

Three, test difficulties
1, the use of battery power supply, due to the battery to store how much power is not controllable, can not simulate the power storage test in the loss of power, full power working conditions of the motor working state.
2, if the battery in the loss of power, theoretically, the motor should not work, otherwise it will affect the battery life.
3, the power supply does not have anti-shock performance, low precision, can not meet the high precision test.
In the selection of programmable DC power supply, it must be taken into account that the motor has a large inrush current during startup, the selection current is basically 3-5 times the rated current of the motor, and the new energy automobile motor has a reverse electromotive force when it stops, which needs to be strengthened to prevent the current from backing up.
