Connecting new homes with the landscape and history of Tengah. Plantation Acres is a public housing development comprising 1,193 homes within Singapore’s emerging Tengah town.

Its design draws from the strong, rectilinear patterns of the plantations that once occupied the site. Two clearly defined courtyards organise the development, creating shared spaces that recall the plantation villas of the past.

Along the northern edge, the multi-storey car park and socio-communal facilities form a buffer between the homes and the adjacent MRT viaduct. To the west, the precinct green connects directly with Tengah’s network of farmways, cycling routes, recreational spaces and linear parks.

Constructed using Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), the development also incorporates a centralised cooling system for its residential units.

Father Cucchiara Memorial School, designed by P&T, utilises fair-faced concrete Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) modules with a high degree of repetition to create a column-free and aesthetically beautiful learning space.

The total MiC construction floor area occupied approximately 28% of whole building and was adopted for 30 classrooms, 4 toilets and a pantry.

The project utilises MiC technology to deliver column-free teaching spaces that extend fluidly into the corridors. Positioned along the building perimeter, teaching clusters feature full-height glazing to promote spatial flexibility, accommodate diverse teaching methodologies and foster interaction.

Fair-faced concrete is adopted for the exterior classroom façade, which serves as a highly durable, self-finished material that minimises lifecycle resource consumption and long-term maintenance.

Standardised structural MiC units streamlines construction, ensures design consistency and establishes a cohesive aesthetic for the project.

We recently marked an important milestone for the new campus of YK Pao School Hong Kong, with the groundbreaking ceremony kicking off the next phase of the project.

As we look ahead to welcoming the first cohort of students in the coming fall, we're filled with a sense of purpose and quiet excitement. The campus is designed around the school's motto "Learning with joy, Living with purpose" a vision we've translated into architecture.

For us as an architectural team, this is the moment a project stops being a set of drawings and becomes a place. We can't wait to see it take shape and to imagine the lives that will unfold within it.

Construction is now in motion. More updates to come.

A new chapter of waterfront living in Singapore.

Located within Singapore’s emerging Bayshore precinct, Vela Bay brings together coastal living, landscape and direct access to the city.

The development comprises 515 residences across two 31-storey towers, with homes ranging from compact apartments to larger family residences and penthouses.

Its location beside Bayshore MRT Station connects residents to Marina Bay, Orchard Road and Changi Airport, while nearby East Coast Park places one of Singapore’s best-known recreational landscapes within easy reach.

Infinity pools, sky gardens, fitness spaces and landscaped recreational areas extend the experience beyond the homes, creating a residential environment shaped around everyday wellbeing and its coastal setting.

Designed by P&T Group for Bayshore Walk Pte Ltd, Vela Bay is expected to be completed in 2031.

More than a campus.

Over the past few weeks, we have shared the thinking behind our proposal for the University of Economics & Business campus in Hòa Lạc, from the traditional Vietnamese kite that inspired its organisation to the masterplan, landscape, architecture and learning environments.

Together, these elements create a long-term framework for learning, innovation and community, designed to adapt alongside future generations of students.

Rooted in Vietnamese heritage and shaped by principles of sustainability, flexibility and wellbeing, the proposal reimagines the university as a place where culture, nature and education come together.

Developed as part of a design competition, the scheme reflects a broader belief: that successful campuses are shaped not only by their buildings, but by the experiences, connections and opportunities they create.

Because the best campuses do more than support education. They create places where people and ideas can grow.

Introducing NEW METROPOLIS: a new urban hub in Guangzhou.

Located above a major rail interchange in Guangzhou’s Panyu District, NEW METROPOLIS brings together transport, workplaces, homes, retail, public amenities and landscaped open spaces within one connected destination.

The development includes a 33-storey office tower, three residential towers, a five-storey retail mall, a kindergarten and a network of public spaces designed around pedestrian movement.

Rather than treating these elements as separate buildings, the masterplan connects them through streets, elevated walkways, landscaped terraces and direct links to public transport.

Over the coming weeks, we will explore how the project’s architecture, public realm and mixed-use programme come together to create a new urban hub for Guangzhou.

Project: NEW METROPOLIS Mixed-use Development at Hanxi, Guangzhou
Client: New World China Land Limited
Design and Project Architect and M&E Consultant: P&T Group
Completed: 2025

Some of the strongest architectural ideas begin with a simple line.

At Gautai Dun Pin in Taipei, the initial sketch already captures what would become one of the building’s defining characteristics: a series of soft, flowing horizontal curves.

Carried through into the completed architecture, these lines wrap around the façade, softening the building’s geometry and creating continuously changing edges, shadows and perspectives throughout the day.

Set within Taipei’s established Minsheng Community, the 13-storey residential building contains just 12 residences, with one home occupying each floor.

Designed by P&T Hong Kong, the project shows how a simple architectural idea can remain remarkably clear from the first sketch through to the finished detail.

From Bangkok and beyond, P&T Group’s Thailand studio has contributed to the region’s evolving built environment across a diverse range of sectors and scales.

For this edition, we’re focusing on Bangkok, a city where density, connectivity, climate and rapid urban growth create unique opportunities for architecture.

Across the capital, our work spans hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, each shaped by its own context, challenges and ambitions.

Here’s a look at 6 projects shaping Bangkok:
1. Grande Centre Point Prestige
Art Deco elegance meets subtle Thai influences in the heart of Bangkok.

2. The Unicorn
Inspired by the movement and intersecting transport networks of Bangkok.

3. Aspire Onnut Station
Transit-oriented urban living shaped around connectivity, community and city life.

4. JLK Tower
Turning setback constraints into a distinctive, sculpted office tower.

5. Vanissa Building
Two towers united by a 10-storey bridge and a bold, curving façade.

6. 66 Tower
A modern workplace balancing flexibility, daylight and energy efficiency.

Together, these projects demonstrate the diversity of P&T Group’s work in Thailand and our experience designing for the changing needs of one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
