A laser is not proven effective simply because it produces 755 nm, 810 nm and 1064 nm wavelengths. Clinical outcomes also depend on the accuracy of the delivered energy, pulse settings, cooling system, applicator design, treatment protocol and operator training. Recently, it has been brought to our attention that there were treatments represented as being performed by the โ€œSoprano Titaniumโ€ in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

We urge members of the public to take note that names such as โ€œTitanium Laser,โ€ โ€œTitanium Lifting,โ€ โ€œSoprano ICE Titaniumโ€ or similar terms do not, by themselves, confirm that a clinic is using a genuine Alma Soprano Titanium system. A deviceโ€™s appearance and branding alone may also be insufficient to establish authenticity.
