Voluntary Access & Transparency: Workers accessed passports at will. Every instance of access and return was meticulously recorded in a signed, transparent ledger.

​No Contract Deception: All workers operate under clear, voluntary written contracts with full knowledge of work conditions (quarrying, remote location). Everything is documented and verifiable.

​Unrestricted Movement: Workers are never restrained, threatened, or barred from leaving. Employees lodge passports strictly for safekeeping and retain access to them at all times. Documented departures and re-entries are maintained.

​Full Pay & Benefits: Wages are paid strictly as per contract. All workers receive healthy food, accommodation, and safe working conditions.
