The new LALIZAS Coastal Compact II Liferaft - an advanced lifesaving solution by LALIZAS.

Designed specifically for coastal boaters, the Coastal Compact II introduces a key innovation: an automatic inflation system that deploys the liferaft in less than 30 seconds. The canopy is attached to the tube, inflates simultaneously, with no additional action required from the user.

Combining this innovative functionality with a compact design, the Coastal Compact II bridges the gap between using a lifejacket and owning a full-featured liferaft, offering an ideal solution for enhanced safety during coastal boating.

Proper maintenance and continuous training are at the core of how LALIZAS supports our Authorised Service Stations worldwide.

Our team hosted training session Arimar's factory in Cervia, Italy, where more than 50 technicians from 21 countries were trained on LALIZAS and ARIMAR liferafts and LALIZAS LSA equipment. Participants came from Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Israel, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, Morocco, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The two-week courses combined theory and practice, covering the correct service procedures for our equipment in line with our quality standards followed across the LALIZAS Service Stations network.

October 23 marks the day that LALIZAS had to start again from ground zero, 26 years ago.

The fire destroyed everything in its path. What followed was more than recovery. It was a complete rebirth, that made LALIZAS the company it is today.

Here is a short highlight from the presentation of the book “From ashes to rebirth” back in July.

The book was written through the narration of Stavros Lalizas, capturing this defining chapter in the company's history, sharing the challenges, determination and resilience behind its remarkable comeback.

The Horseshoe lifebuoy is an essential piece of safety equipment on yachts and motorboats. When deployed it provides flotation and extra visibility in a man overboard situation.
