Key Responsibilities
* Customer service and support via telephone and email
* Processing, managing, and monitoring customer orders
* Communication with suppliers and business partners
* Preparation of quotations and sales support
* Data entry and maintenance of company records and ERP systems
* General administrative and office support duties
Requirements
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Experience with ERP or commercial software systems
* Familiarity with the marine, yachting, or shipping industry
