One fold can change everything.

In origami, a 90° angle can create an entirely new form.
In architecture, the same angle becomes part of structure, geometry and design.

From paper to aluminium, everything starts with a line.

Two systems. Two different requirements. One architectural approach.
At Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa, ETEM’s E50 and E45 systems were selected to meet the demands of a contemporary hospitality project.

E50: a high-performance sliding system designed to maximise natural light and offer unobstructed views.

E45: an opening system combining structural stability with an efficient aluminium profile.

At Cayo, ETEM systems become part of an architecture that follows the landscape and opens towards the sea. Because every project has its own requirements. And every requirement calls for the right system.

Every era leaves its mark on architecture. Οurs must shape what will matter in 2050.
With “KELYFOS 2050” at the heart of the conversation, ETEM joins the 17th Alumini Conference on 30–31 October and 1 November 2026 at the Mediterranean Village Hotel & Spa in Katerini, Greece, to explore the ideas and partnerships that will shape the next chapter for the aluminium industry.

At Villa Caeli, the boundaries between inside and outside almost disappear.

The design connects interior spaces with the surrounding landscape, making natural light, the garden and water integral to the architectural experience.

Natural stone, wood, glass and clean geometric lines come together in a residence that engages with the landscape of Thassos.

ETEM E45, E32 and E70 aluminium systems were integrated into the project.

Air permeability is one of the key performance characteristics of a window or door system, referring to the amount of air that can pass through a closed opening.

How is it assessed? What does Class 4 under EN 12207 mean? And how does it relate to thermal comfort and a building’s energy performance?

Discover what air permeability means and why it matters to the overall performance of a modern window and door system.

55 years later, still turning things around.
On 17 & 18 October, architecture, design and hospitality come together at Technopolis City of Athens.
ETEM invites you to a space created especially for Hotel Experience 2026, where aluminium, architecture and history meet.
This year, we have an extra reason to celebrate: 55 years of ETEM.
We’ll look back at what brought us here, explore what comes next and, of course, celebrate together!
