Lotus Exige GT3, build from a bare chassis from NorthPlastics Automotive
This engine has been build by us, as the first version had a couple of small issues.
Capable of 1200bhp all day and 10500rpm.
Now running at around 700bhp at 9000rpm.
We would like to thank RTMG performance for letting us use their fantastic dyno and Kart race track at Neo Risio Thessaloniki for letting us do more than 6 hours of testing.
Next test session in the same track soon, before we install all the body work and take the car to Serres racing circuit for a proper testing and calibration.
There are no words to thank enough Claudio Fenati from ACME Italy for providing us the best electrical equipment, mapping and calibrating the car so good as probably nobody else could do.

Ladies & gentlemen,
Fitting a gt3 body to a Elise or Exige sounds an easy job, but it isn't! If you need a perfect alignment and gaps, you need to know what you are doing. If in the past you have replaced a few clams in your garage, good for you, but this doesn't mean you are able to do such a conversion. If you don't feel confident or can't afford paying a proper bodyshop (lotus experienced), then please don't buy a gt3 body, or at least don't buy it from us!
We have been informed that a couple of people who bought our kit, defame our business on the web, without prior contacting and informing us for any possible problem or asking an advice. For these people we just want to say that we are still here to help you. Just contact us and let us know your problem.
Now, due to this issue, which is a bit frustrating for us, we decided to start a project.
Briefly, we will strip down to bare chassis a Lotus Elise S2 (Rover engined) and build an Audi engined-6 speed road GT3 Lotus Exige.
The engine is a rebuilded one, top and bottom end. Everything inside is new.
During this build we will also do:
New bushes for Wishbones & arb,
New Ball joints,
Rose joint track rod ends,
Adjustable ARB,
Rose joint ARB drop links,
V6 steering plynths,
Steering rack rebuild,
New wheel bearings,
New brakes,
New bolts & nuts (everywhere),
Rose joint rear toe links,
Install Exige Cup full roll cage,
Install 4 point seat belts,
Custom retrimmed seats and interior,
Led lights,
Water charge cooler kit,
Emerald Ecu,
Battery kill (cut off switch),
FIA fire extinguisher system,
Stainless steel exhaust system,
Ohlins 2 way dampers (serviced),
GT3 Rear wing
GT3 rear diffuser,
GT3 front splitter,
Front canards,
(maybe) side skirts,
New wider wheels,
New wider tyres,
Check and refresh or replace everything that will be used for this car.

It's going to be a LHD car and after we finish it will be like a brand new car again, but a bit (or more than a bit😁) more beautiful and powerful, which will need a new lucky owner. For the engine conversion we will use the bulletproof auto-teknix kit.
So, if you are interested about this project, follow/like our page and wait for updates. This project will not take a month or two to finish, as we will work on it when customer's projects allow us.

At the moment here is a picture of most of the suspension parts.
Hopefully next week we'll bond and blend to the sills the rear 1/4 panels. Photos to follow.
