ΕΡΓΑΣΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΡΤΟΠΟΙΙΑΣ-ΠΡΑΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΡΤΟΥ ''ΠΑΠΑΙΩΑΝΝΟΥ''

Αναλάβαμε τη μελέτη, τον σχεδιασμό και την ανακαίνιση του χώρου, δημιουργώντας ένα λειτουργικό και ελκυστικό περιβάλλον τόσο για την παραγωγή όσο και για την πώληση αρτοποιημάτων. Με έμφαση στην εργονομία, την αισθητική και την υγιεινή, διαμορφώσαμε έναν χώρο που εξυπηρετεί τους επαγγελματίες αρτοποιούς και προσκαλεί τους λάτρεις του καλού ψωμιού.

We undertook the study, design, and renovation of the space, creating a functional and inviting environment for both baking and sales. With a focus on ergonomics, aesthetics, and hygiene, we shaped a space that serves professional bakers and welcomes bread lovers.

ΖΑΧΑΡΟΠΛΑΣΤΕΙΟ ''ΑΝΔΡΙΑΣ''

Αναλάβαμε τη μελέτη, τον σχεδιασμό και την ανακαίνιση του χώρου, δημιουργώντας ένα λειτουργικό και καλαίσθητο περιβάλλον τόσο για την παραγωγή όσο και για την πώληση γλυκών δημιουργιών.
Με έμφαση στην εργονομία, την αισθητική και την υγιεινή, διαμορφώσαμε έναν χώρο που εμπνέει τους επαγγελματίες και προσελκύει τους λάτρεις των γλυκών απολαύσεων.

The redesign of that residence presented an exciting challenge, combining contemporary architecture with sustainability, natural materials, and cutting-edge technologies. Our goal was to create a space that balances extroversion and privacy, emphasizing light, transparency, and harmony with the natural environment.

In the depths of the structure, reinforced concrete forms a robust foundation and basement, ensuring stability and strength from the ground up. But as the building rises, steel takes the lead, offering unparalleled flexibility and
resilience.
Our design philosophy prioritizes seismic resistance, with reinforced concrete
beams and columns strategically placed to create earthquake-resistant frames.
Complemented by dedicated shear walls, we ensure our structure can withstandthe forces of nature with unwavering strength.
On the floors above, a symphony of steel beams and columns forms the framework, meticulously connected to provide both stability and adaptability.
Central to our floor system is the composite slab, a marvel of engineering combining reinforced concrete with cutting-edge SYMDECK technology. Supported by composite main beams, this solution not only ensures structural integrity but also optimizes efficiency and performance.
While our main beams boast a composite configuration, our secondary beams play a crucial supporting role, demonstrating our nuanced approach to structural design.
In every element of our project, from the foundational reinforced concrete to the innovative steel framework, we uphold our commitment to excellence and our dedication to crafting spaces that stand the test of time.
