Established in Kalamai Messinia, in 2015, Aenai Kinisi is the only rhythmic gymnastics and aesthetic training academy in the area. Aenai Kinisi academy offers highly experienced instructors, latest equipment and services, including group exercise. The founders, Mrs Eleni Trypani and Mrs Panagiota Memmou, who have been leading athletes in domestic, and European games for a decade, share their knowl

edge and valuable experiences to help young female athletes achieve their individual potential and goals. In addition, adult females are invited to join and accept aesthetic gymnastics workout as the next level to group exercise.
