# Projects — Ovia Villas, a beachfront villa located in Ierapetra, Southern Crete.

The foundation of the spaces is built upon a gentle stone-effect tile in a warm beige shade. Its textured, rough finish brings an earthy yet refined and minimal character to both the interior and exterior living areas.

In the first bathroom, a freestanding stone washbasin makes a beautiful natural contrast with the stone wall, while in the second, a custom washbasin crafted from the main tile delivers a clean, minimal aesthetic.

The spaces are completed with minimalist sanitary ware and fixtures in Rose Gold and Gloss White finishes.

All materials carefully selected and spaces designed to serve the aesthetics and needs of the client, as always.
