International Nuclear Energy Project
Hydrus Engineering S.A. is a global engineering firm delivering technologies and services in the Maritime, Energy, Oil & Gas sectors. We are seeking a Junior 3D Electrical Layout Designer / Engineer to join an international nuclear energy project and contribute to the detailed 3D design and integration of electrical connections and related building systems.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop 3D cable-tray routes and equipment layouts within a complex industrial building model.
• Position equipment at defined installation locations and connect systems by identifying practical, compliant cable-routing solutions.
• Apply project rules related to routing, clearances, accessibility, constructability and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Review 3D models, layouts and technical documentation; identify clashes or design issues and support their resolution.
• Produce and review 2D construction drawings and technical deliverables generated from the 3D model.
• Work with systems including power, lighting, telecommunications, fire protection and security, in coordination with Greek and French engineering teams.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Engineering degree from a Technical University or equivalent institution.
• Working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD/design software and good spatial perception.
• Ability to work accurately and consistently within defined engineering rules and procedures.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, Revit, AVEVA or similar 3D engineering software.
• Exposure to electrical installations, MEP/building services, cable routing, piping or other layout-based design.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

So we built it.
We are pleased to introduce the 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽 — the complete, all-in-one solution for enclosed space safety, risk and compliance.
Grounded in IMO Resolution MSC.581(110) (in force since 27 June 2025), the app now brings everything required for a compliant enclosed space entry into a single, guided, offline application.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄
📁 Reference Documents — the vessel's Enclosed Space Entry Manual and Enclosed Space Plan, built into the app and available to the crew at any time
⚠️ Risk Assessment — the structured, step-by-step hazard evaluation, aligned with MSC.581(110)

We are pleased to share that the Hydrus App Demo for Enclosed Space Entry is now available. 🚢

Following the adoption of 𝗜𝗠𝗢 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗦𝗖.𝟱𝟴𝟭(𝟭𝟭𝟬) on 27 June 2025, ship operators are required to maintain a ship-specific Enclosed Space Register and perform a systematic risk assessment before every entry.

At 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, we translated these regulatory requirements into a practical digital solution designed for onboard use — replacing paper-based checklists with a guided, structured, and auditable workflow. ✅

What the app delivers
✅ Alignment with IMO Resolution MSC.581(110) and current industry best practice
