The apartment impresses with its extraordinary size of 110 m² and its special location in the immediate vicinity of the Acropolis. It has a large bedroom with a 2x2 meter double bed and a smaller bedroom with a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes which offer a lot of space. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning a
nd a small balcony facing the inner courtyard. Enjoy your sleep in high quality bed linen. Both Bathrooms were thoroughly renovated in April and May 2021. In the large bathroom you will find a walk-in 2×1 m shower and two separate sinks. A washing machine is also housed. The guest toilet is located next to the kitchen. The kitchen impresses with its high quality equipment and its extraordinary design. The living room and the associated dining room are connected by their size and two sliding doors. By selecting the furniture in vintage style we wanted to make a contrast to the modern bathroom and kitchen. The dining room can comfortably accommodate up to six people at the large table. The blinds are electric and the awning over the balcony can be easily adjusted. In the living room, the couch can be pulled out to a double bed about 1.40x1.80m. A 4K Smart TV of the latest generation is also waiting for you. Of course, a powerful air conditioning system is also installed to match the number of square meters. The associated balcony has a view of the street and extends over both rooms. Wi-Fi is of course free of charge for you. If desired, we can also provide an extra bed for a toddler or baby. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Due to the COVID pandemic, we work with a specialized cleaning company who thoroughly cleans and disinfects the entire apartment after each stay. That is why we always leave a day between departure and new arrival.
