The weather is changing and bathing of hot water is becoming necessary for most people but it is important to bring to your attention some safety tips on the proper installation and use of electric water heaters.
1. Make sure your electric water heater is properly installed by qualified technician.
2. Ensure proper earth connection to the body of the heater.
3. Ensure that power connected to your heater is running through Residual Current Circuit Breaker. RCCB or RCB and it is correctly rated to protect you from electrocution.
