Sika Ghana Celebrates International Women’s Day in
Partnership with Swisshand; Janesarf Project

On March 12, 2026, Sika AG Ghana, in partnership with Swisshand and Janesarf Development Organization, celebrated International Women’s Day at the Global Evangelical Church Amasaman – Agbom Macedonia.

The event brought together over 50 women entrepreneurs, alongside staff, a psychologist, and medical representatives from the Ghanaian-German Specialist Hospital. Guided by the theme , the program focused on empowering women through free health screenings, wellness education, and community support.

Participants benefited from health checks and an inspiring wellness session that emphasized self-worth, resilience, and positive mental health. Sika Ghana also presented donations to support the women, reinforcing its commitment to community empowerment and sustainable impact.

The day ended with smiles, gratitude, and memorable moments—reminding us that when we give, we truly gain. 💛

Sika Ghana Accelerates Digital Construction With New Tools and Breakthrough Concrete Innovations

Under the theme “What’s New in Sika Ghana? Launch of New Solutions for Smart Construction,” Sika Ghana introduced a powerful lineup of digital tools and innovative concrete technologies designed to transform the construction landscape.
Sika Ghana unveiled a new generation of Digital Tools and innovation‑driven concrete solutions, marking a major step forward toward smarter, more sustainable construction across the region.
The launch featured three digital solutions — the Sika Mix‑Design App, the Sand & Aggregate App, and the SikaFiber Software — giving professionals faster mix optimization, real‑time material insights, and smarter design capabilities.
Sika also presented several breakthrough technologies redefining concrete performance, including OptiBoost, the next‑generation of admixture technology enabling greener, leaner, and more efficient mix designs. With OptiBoost we achieve higher sustainability, reduce environmental impact, and introduce new (SCM) components that were previously not feasible—delivering cost savings while elevating quality and reliability.
Additional innovations showcased included the new Watertight Concrete systems, advanced Fiber Reinforced Concrete solutions, premium Sikafloor Dry Shake Terrazzo concrete flooring, and Sika’s newly developed Dust Suppressor/Soil Stabilizer, offering safer, cleaner, and more efficient dust control and soil consolidation for demanding job sites.

💫 Safety Day 2025 – Mental Health Awareness with Seth Asafo Mawuli
This year: First Safety Day of Sika Ghana was all about celebrating the power of a healthy mind in a chaotic world! 🧠💪
We were thrilled to host Mr. Seth Asafo Mawuli, a well sort after Clinical Psychologist in Ghana, a lecturer, and a wellness coach, who brought an inspiring and refreshing perspective on mental health awareness. His lively session reminded us that safety isn’t only about wearing PPE or following procedures — it’s also about checking in on ourselves and the people around us, with intentionality. 💬❤️
Through laughter, interactive moments, and real-life insights, Seth encouraged us to speak up, support one another, and prioritize our mental well-being just as much as our physical safety.
By the end of the day, everyone walked away smiling, recharged, and reminded that when the mind is healthy, the workplace is safer, stronger, and happier!
