💥 All You Need to Know About the Dext–IVL Foundation STEM Initiative
This initiative is a partnership between Dext Technology and the IVL Foundation, focused on making practical STEM education accessible to underserved public basic schools in Ghana.
For the past five years, the initiative has equipped schools with Dext Science Sets, trained teachers in hands-on science instruction and created opportunities for learners to explore STEM through experiments, innovation projects and STEM club activities.
What began with 5 schools in Tema has grown to 20 schools, and the program has now expanded to Kumasi this year, where 5 schools have been included, making 25 in total.
Through the program, learners are encouraged to apply STEM knowledge to solve real-life challenges, think creatively and develop skills needed for problem solving.
The vision is to create a culture of practical science teaching and learning that empowers the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers across Ghana. ✨
