It's okay. It's okay to feel tired and exhausted at times. It's not a sign of weakness. It shows you are human and have limits to your strength and how far you've come by pushing hard.

Being tired is actually an advantage to us. It presents to us the opportunity to relax our body and brain, analyse and strategize for our next move.
Remember, even the strongest engine needs a break in order to keep running efficiently. You are not lazy - although it may be confusing at times, don't lazy around and term it as resting.
