In our environment, due to poor drainage sysytem,when it rains, most the rain water doesn’t get washed way,but ramians in the soil , get dissolved in the minerals( iron, calcium,chloride).
Over time, this dissolved minerals in the soil begins to clim up ( the wall)through the system of Osmosis and capillary , thus weakening the properties of the cement on the blocks.
