🔵„ემ-ი-პი სოლუშენს“ წარმოგიდგენთ კიდევ ერთ მიმდინარე პროექტს “ისთ ფოინთი” ფაზა 2.

🔵25,000 მ² ფართობზე განთავსებული ახალი მულტიფუნქციური სავაჭრო ცენტრი გააერთიანებს როგორც რითეილ ზონას, ასევე ფუდ კორტსა და 700 ავტომობილზე გათვლილ მიწისზედა საპარკინგე სივრცეს.

🔵პროექტის ფარგლებში ჩვენი კომპანიის მიერ ხორციელდება სრული მექანიკური სამუშაოები: გათბობის, გაგრილების, ვენტილაციის, ჰაერის კონდიცირების, სახანძრო ვენტილაციის, წყალმომარაგება-კანალიზაციის, სახანძრო სისტემების, სადრენაჟე სისტემების, ჩილერების, ბოილერებისა და სატუმბი სადგურების მონტაჟი.

🔵 MEP Solutions presents another ongoing project: East Point – Phase 2.

🔵The new multifunctional shopping center, covering an area of 25,000 m², will incorporate a retail zone, a food court, and an above-ground parking facility designed to accommodate up to 700 vehicles.

🔵Within the scope of the project, our company is responsible for executing the complete range of mechanical works, including the installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, smoke extraction, water supply and sewage, drainage systems, fire protection systems, chillers, boilers, and pump stations.

🔵The project is scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2025.
