If you have a fire alarm system, emergency lighting or fire extinguisher units in your building, you may or may not be aware that they require regular maintenance, in accordance with BS 5839-1 & 6, BS 5266-1 and BS 5306-3. Should this be of relevance to you, we would be pleased to offer you a quotation or this service. New Fire Safety regulations came into force on 1st October 2006 and the responsibility is now on the owner, landlord or managing agents, etc. In some cases you may be required to upgrade or extend your current fire precautions (i.e. Fire Alarm System, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers, etc.) to comply with the current British Standards. It is important that you find out what you are legally bound to comply with in accordance with the current Standards...and act on it asap! We are different to most fire companies, call us now on how to reduce your bills. We do not charge for quotations, all we ask is for a little of your time.
