“Waiting for tool holders to cool” has just become one of those things machinists accept… but does it need to be? 🤔

That was a conversation we had a lot at MACH Exhibition after launching the new Tuscan HS-400.

With integrated air cooling, the system speeds up the cooling phase and gets tools back into the spindle quicker - no external cooling systems, no unnecessary waiting around.

It’s not the flashiest part of the process… but it’s one of those small improvements you notice daily on the shop floor!
