Last week our team were on site completing a confined space project!

Another flow plate has been fabricated by our engineering team, this time featuring etching from our new laser engraving technology!

We’re pleased to be supporting our valued customer with an exciting project!

This week, the first two of four new 30,000-litre cream silos were successfully delivered to site, unloaded, and positioned ready for installation, with the remaining two silos set to follow shortly.

It's great to see the project taking shape, and we look forward to sharing further updates as work progresses!

Earlier this month, our whole engineering team were hard at work on site supporting a customer during a planned factory shutdown.

A key focus was works on the clarifier and separator systems, key parts at the end of the cheese-making process. Whereby, the clarifier is responsible for filtering out fines, and the separator is used to separate whey cream, allowing it to be utilised in the future.

A great example of teamwork and our commitment to supporting customers when it matters most!

A fantastic first year for our apprentices with us here at Watly!

Over the past 12 months, they have shown great commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn, making a positive start to their careers. It’s been great to see their skills and confidence grow throughout the year!

We are delighted to announce the total raised during the first six months of the year in support of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance

Through the collective effort of our team and customers, we have successfully raised £700! We are incredibly proud of what has been accomplished so far and grateful to all who contributed.

Building on this momentum, we hope to match, and ideally exceed, the amount raised for our new chosen charity Yeovil Hospital Charity.

Last month, our team fabricated two flowplates for our customer, which were installed on site during a planned factory shutdown.

Flowplates play an important role in helping cheese and dairy factories to safely direct liquid between different vessels and processing lines.
