A 3" 316 Stainless Steel Three Piece Ball Valve arrived at Valves Online to be pneumatically actuated, assembled and tested by our team before being supplied to our customer for their project.

This robust stainless steel ball valve provides a durable solution for a wide range of industrial and process applications, with its three piece construction allowing straightforward maintenance and servicing when required.

For this assembly, the valve has been fitted with a pneumatic rotary quarter turn actuator, providing fast and reliable automated operation. The actuator is available in both double acting and spring return configurations, making it suitable for standard automated applications as well as installations where fail safe operation is required.

A 3/2 and 5/2 pneumatic solenoid valve has also been fitted to provide reliable control of the pneumatic actuator. Available as either a standalone valve or manifold mounted configuration, the solenoid valves are supplied with a 24V DC coil and plug.

Available configurations include pneumatic spring, pneumatic pneumatic, solenoid spring and solenoid solenoid arrangements, allowing the valve and actuator assembly to be configured to suit different control and operating requirements.

Before leaving our warehouse, the complete valve and actuator assembly will be built, tested and operated by our team to help ensure the valve, actuator and solenoid valve are functioning correctly and ready for installation at the customer’s site.

🆕 10 Economy Air Operated 3 Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valves have arrived at Valves Online to be built, tested and pneumatically actuated by our team, ready for installation at our customer’s site.

These 2-way stainless steel ball valves feature R-PTFE seats and BSPT screwed connections, providing a robust and economical solution for a wide range of process and industrial applications, including semi-corrosive fluids.

For this order, each valve has been fitted with a pneumatic quarter turn rack and pinion actuator and an APL 210 Standard Limit Switchbox, providing reliable automated operation and clear indication of valve position.

The pneumatic actuators are sized with a 30% safety factor and require a pilot pressure of 5.5 Bar, while the integrated Namur interface allows for straightforward connection of the pilot solenoid valve and switchbox. The configuration also benefits from ATEX approved components.

Available in sizes from 1/2" through to 4", these stainless steel ball valves offer a pressure range of up to 1000 PSI, subject to configuration, and a temperature range of -20°C to 200°C.

Before leaving our warehouse, all 10 assemblies have been built, tested and actuated by our team, helping ensure the valves and associated automation components are operating as expected and ready for installation on site.

With modular options including single or double acting actuation, limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners, these pneumatic actuated ball valves can be configured to meet the requirements of a wide range of automated process flow control applications.

Another order of J+J Electric Actuated Cepex Industrial Butterfly Valves have been tested and actuated in our warehouse, ready to make its way out to our customer.

This configuration combines a robust polypropylene valve body with a PVC U disc and EPDM liner, providing dependable automated isolation and flow control across a wide range of industrial applications.

The J+J electric actuator is available in On/Off, Modulating and failsafe configurations, with multi voltage capability from 24 to 240 VDC or VAC. The valve is designed for installation between PN10 flanges and is available across a range of sizes from 63 to 75mm through to 200 to 225mm.
