✦ Smart Designer Door Install – Marlborough
A striking new Marlborough entrance door from Smart’s Designer Door collection has recently been installed in this stunning home in the heart of the historic Leicestershire village of Ibstock.
Beautifully complementing the property’s distinctive ‘keyhole style’ entrance porch, the Marlborough door reflects its stylish lines, clean, elegant lines and signature curved glazing panel – featuring satin glass. The exterior of the door is finished in a classic Graphite Grey (RAL 7024M), while the interior frame and door are finished in timeless Hipca White (RAL 9910), creating a bright feel inside the home.
Complementing the Marlborough door, matching side lights and head lights - also finished in Graphite Grey with satin glazing - frame the door on all sides, allowing natural light to flood into the light and airy entrance hall, while retaining a sense of privacy.
Installed by Swadlincote Windows, one of Smart’s fabricator and installer partners, the door’s all-important finishing touches are provided by premium stainless steel hardware. A bold 1500mm external bar pull handle and a 400mm internal pull handle provide stylish, practicality, while a robust 10 point locking system ensures exceptional security.
