Liaising closely with specialist Auctioneers and other specialists in the trade, offering a personalized and sensitive service if you are looking to invest a considerable amount of money into a Classic or Historic vehicle, or indeed looking to sell your vehicle. We help with deceased estates, by taking away the stress and worries when dealing with selling vehicles, or getting vehicles back to roadworthy condition for a new custodian, albeit a new family member. Sales of new and old stock parts, including reproduction of obsolete components where they are no longer available.

🔸 bushes. Why do we use them?
We’re noticing more and more these days that the quality of OEM rubber parts are of such a poor quality than they used to be, and not lasting more than a couple of years before beginning to perish.
Although upgrading to certain Polyurethane bushes seem a good idea due to their durability, sharper handling characteristics and often out lasting rubber items by 4-5 times, there are some very poor quality brands on the market. So be warned!
We have tried and tested various brands of Polyurethane bushes over the years and always come back to SuperPro. No they aren’t the cheapest on the market, but we’ve never had one fail yet.

We've had a huge number of new followers lately, so thought a re-introduction was necessary.

We are a small family team of highly motivated and skilled Enthusiasts of Classic, Historic, Race vehicles, and all-things Engineering.
With a combined 90 years in the Engineering trade, its safe to say that there isn't much we haven't seen or experienced. We've been involved in Historic, Classic, Retro, Motorsport, Resto-mods, Prototype and Demonstrator builds, Celebrity owned cars, Film cars, and even cars that drive in Water!

As well as our family team, we have partnered up with other highly skilled specialists and crafts men and women, meaning that your pride and joy gets access to some of the best services around.
We have our own in-house Engineering machine shop, Welding and Fabrication shop, and work closely with UK Auctioneers, offering a unique Consultation service.

And to top it all off, we have our own specialist Vehicle storage facility, offering safe and secure Indoor storage and protection for your Vehicles in a gorgeous private Woodland setting.

🔸 The perfect summer off-roader?
We’ve been going through this one owner from new 1989 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, sympathetically recommissioning it back to its former glory after two decades of being sat in a garage.

A bit of body work to sort on the front wings, and it’ll be ready for the summer sunset cruises here in the south coast of the UK.

B285GT was delivered in June 1950 to Consul-General Axel Johnson in Sweden straight from the factory and registered in Sweden as EJP-670. In 2007 it was acquired by a Mr. Gavel who made extensive modifications, including removing the original engine and fitting a B60 which was modified to accept a supercharger. The car was raced and so appeared in the Ray Roberts book ‘Special Bentleys and Bentley Specials’. Towards the end of his ownership, Mr Gavel refitted the original engine (by then refurbished) to the car. B285GT was subsequently imported to the UK on the 28th June 2013.
It was around this time we were then commissioned by the new owner to carry out extensive works to vast amounts of the Mechanical components, including the fitment of an Overdrive unit, Bodywork rectification and paintwork, Interior retrim including carpets and blinds and much more.

The car has since been sold off to a Bentley specialist where we believe its to be converted into a Bentley Special, utilising the chassis and running gear but with a completely redesigned body.

It’s almost time to put our Rachel’s R129 up for sale.
This car has been an absolute pleasure to own, but with a need to downsize the collection and also having another Mercedes convertible on the driveway, it’s the SL that gets used the least.
There’s a few little bits of tidying up we want to get done prior to it going to its new custodian, but if you’re in the market for this gorgeous future classic then email us at [email protected] and Rach will get back to you.
Price is a respectful £6750 and we can’t imagine it’ll be around for long!

Great to catch up with some good friends who we unfortunately don’t see often enough, unless it’s at events like this.
Some fantastic cars on display as usual. Still astounds me that these special cars are right on our doorstep!
