TIG WELDER/FABRICATORS
Alunox Advanced Tube Engineering Limited are a bespoke rapidly expanding company and have an excellent opportunity for a TIG Welder/Fabricator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on the most prestigious and high-end products.
Alunox has been established for over 27 years and specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke high end metal fabrications.
Due to the increased demand of our bespoke products and excellent service we are looking for a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our expert friendly team. You will be trained to carry out precision Tig welding and fabrication with our state of the art welding equipment. The Company is continually expanding, so there may be opportunities to progress your career further in the future.
The Role:
There will an opportunity to learn and use our latest laser tig welding and orbital tig welding and 3D scanning
• Working on a variety of projects.
• Specialising in TIG welding & tube fabrication.
• Working on bespoke systems for the automotive industry.
• A passion for bespoke high-end metal fabrication.
• Based in Llay, Wrexham.
Experience/Skills Required:
• Previous experience of welding using TIG on thin gauge metal up to 3.5mm.
• Experience of TIG welding on Stainless Steel and other metals.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Reliable.
• Honest.
• Hard working.
• Team player.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm contracted 40 hours per week. The opportunity for overtime is available as work allows. The rate of pay will be discussed at interview. Immediate start available.
Full training will be given throughout the projects that Alunox work on. This in-itself is a great opportunity to improve your own fabrication and welding skills. Materials would include Titanium, Inconel and Aluminium. You will be working on some of the coolest race cars and motorbikes throughout the industry.
You will be supplied with a uniform and the best PPE and you will use the best welding equipment and consumables.
