One application. Two completely different measurement challenges.

Not every motion control application needs a shaft encoder.
Sometimes you need contact measurement for tracking length or speed on moving materials. Other times, contact isn't an option at all because the surface is delicate, hot, dirty or constantly changing.

That's why our demonstration combines two different technologies:
