🕵️ Inspected a very old, rotting beam in Steyning.
🎖️ Crowned the winner of "Most organised loft space 2025"!
🚻 Spotted a suspicious looking crack in a bathroom in Petworth.
🪜 Checked a metal fire escape in Worthing.
👷‍♂️ Assessed a car park retaining wall which was showing a lot of movement.
🦺 Proved how well hi-vis jackets work.

Homefield Primary School is close to our hearts as all three of Philip Goacher's children attended the school (back when it was called Chesswood School), and currently Alice, our Financial Director, has a son attending too.

Did you know that subsidence-related cracking gets worse over summer? This is because the dry weather and heat cause soil to dry out and shrink, which leads to ground movement – which in turn causes cracking.

If your home has developed any new cracks lately, or if you’ve noticed older cracks are widening, then it would be a good idea to get it checked out now.
