This Ford Pinto engine came to us in a very sorry state after being in storage for multiple years. After an enormous amount of cleaning/re bore/skims and polishing it’s been freshly rebuilt thoroughly soon to power Ford Cortina around Sussex soon.

Another service we offer is deep internal cleaning via our heated Ultrasonic Bath. This machine is ideal for cleaning small passages and galleries where no tool or implement can reach. When rebuilding carburettors, often the cleaning of the main body (fuel/air passages) are completely overlooked thus resulting in poor engine running/rough idle. This Jenson Interceptor FF is undergoing some serious TLC and subsequently so is the engine. This was a running and driving vehicle however as usual with old V8s……the camshaft and lifters had worn out completely on a couple of the frontal lobes. A few build tweaks and some performance components from and this beast will perform better than ever before!

This beautiful 3.8 litre Jaguar Etype engine came to us in quite a sorry state after some very inferior workmanship in it’s past which resulted in premature wear on major engine internal components - we’ve stripped every last bit and bolt /removed all gallery bungs and started again including new pistons, new bearings, reground crankshaft journals, new valves/valve seats and valve guides. The rotating assembly has been sent off for balancing down to 0.1 of a gram and the engine has been fully measured and rebuilt to Jaguar specifications
