oducts at the most competitive prices. The Design is ISO 9001 approved which also applies to all fabrication/ machining work. The fabrication capacity is up to 20 tonnes in ferrous and non ferrous materials. We are also CE Class 2 certified & RISQS Certified. Welders are approved to Asme iv with on house NDT operators. Machining capacity comprises of various cnc lathes, milling machines, Elgermill and machining centres with 5 live head axis. The conventional machines include horizontal & vertical borers, planers, lathes etc. The wide variety of machines means that we can be competitive on all aspects of machining from quantities of 1 to 30000 and from grams to 10 tonnes. Tube manipulation capacity offers up to 75mm diameter x 15 thick wall. The sheet metal and presswork can offer ferrous and non ferrous fabrications from oz’s to 15 tonnes with cnc presswork 6 feet wide x 4mm thick. Powder coating capability up to 7.4 metres in length and 3 tonnes
The joinery has a capacity up to 500 kgs in 1 piece. Site team are approved to work on power stations etc and have a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of erecting and fitting on sites throughout the world.
