🏗️ NEW CONTRACT AWARDED – EGREMONT ALDI

We’re pleased to announce that Paton Bros Scaffolding Ltd has been awarded the scaffolding package by Edge for the new Aldi development in Egremont.

The new store will form part of a significant investment in the town, bringing a new 20,800 sq ft Aldi supermarket, improved parking and new jobs to the local area.

Another great local project secured and another opportunity for our team to support a major commercial development right here in West Cumbria.

New Contract Awarded. Paton Bros Scaffolding have been awarded the scaffolding package for the Cleator Moor Community Hub Project. We look forward to working with Story Contracting on this one.

Works have commenced this week on the Cleator Moor Community Hub, our latest project for Cumberland Council, which will transform the town library and former Credit Union buildings into a modern hub for public services, culture and community activity.

The scheme will see the existing buildings refurbished and reconfigured, alongside the construction of a new extension to link the two together. Improvements to the surrounding public realm and town square will also help create a more welcoming and accessible space for residents and visitors alike.

Andy Clode, Managing Director of our Construction Division added: “We are delighted to be working with Cumberland Council on this exciting new project in Cleator Moor. As a Cumbria-based business, it’s really important that our town centres are revitalised and our public spaces are attractive places to live and visit. We are also looking forward to working with local communities and schools to deliver our social value programme alongside the project.”

Another project successfully delivered ✅

Our team recently provided the scaffolding package at Units 3 & 4, Sneckyeat Industrial Estate, giving safe access for the roof overcladding works.

Working alongside Leafield Projects as main contractor, the scaffold was designed and erected to provide safe, practical access while keeping the units operational and accessible.

A great example of the commercial work we carry out across Cumbria.

Proud to be carrying out heritage scaffolding works in Keswick for the National Trust.
