We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site electrical operations across a variety of projects. This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise, team leadership, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:: Oversee and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct site inspections, enforce health & safety compliance, and liaise with clients and contractors. Manage resources, tools, and materials efficiently, and support project managers with progress reporting. The successful candidate will report to the Director / Contracts Manager.
Skills & Experience: Proven supervisory experience in electrical work, strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices, and familiarity with current regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations | ECS/CSCS Card | Full driving licence
