As we continue to expand our business, we’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Operative to carry out general building maintenance and minor repair work and more.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring company premises and grounds are maintained to a safe, clean, and professional standard. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring the employee to undertake a wide range of maintenance, repair, cleaning, painting, and outdoor duties. Working independently and as part of a team, the postholder will proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues, support improvement projects, and create a safe and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients.

We have some exciting news! 🎉

We’re delighted to share that John McGibbon has been selected to judge the BECBC Empowering the Next Generation Award and The Ambassador of the Year Award!

John will be bringing his experience, knowledge and passion for supporting others to the judging panel. Supporting apprentices and helping young people develop their skills is something John is incredibly passionate about. Through his years of training apprentices, he’s achieved an amazing 100% retention rate, with every apprentice he has trained staying with the business after completing their apprenticeship.

It’s fantastic to see John’s commitment to developing future talent recognised with the opportunity to judge an award that celebrates exactly that.
We know he’ll bring plenty of knowledge, experience and passion to the judging panel.
