Simon gave this C7.5 RS6 some attention last week as it needed a replacement subframe. Surface corrosion around the steering rack mount was found at service, and turned into something a little more serious! Not something we see a lot of and very surprised to see this on a 50k mile car, when the rest is in such good condition! All sorted with new hardware and a generous coat of waxoyl to stop it happening again!

Brian’s totally stock B7 RS4 with us last week, for carbon clean and injector service. It’s first de coke in nearly 120k miles, this was one of the worst we’ve seen. (On some ports the carbon nearly touched from the wall of the valve).
Whilst in with us it also had an annual service, new PCV, header tank and the oil filter housing seals replaced. Now back fighting fit, she’s off back to Luton to clock up some miles.
