What a day we had on Saturday! 🎉 We celebrated with our employees from our UK facilities and their families at our 'End of Summer' party, and it didn't disappoint. Inflatables, pony rides, fairground stalls, live bands, face painting and henna — just a few of the things keeping everyone entertained!

The weather was on our side too, and it made for a great day to relax and enjoy some quality time with our colleagues and their families.

A huge thank you to all our suppliers who helped make the day so special 🙌

The title stays out of our hands this year, but we’re leaving with plenty to be proud of! 🐉

A brilliant 4th-place finish for Team Southco and an amazing effort from everyone involved.

Thank you to our paddlers, supporters, and organisers for making it such a great day. Congratulations to all the teams who took part.

We’ll rest those arms, regroup, and start plotting our return for 2027… 👀🏆

Yesterday was International Women in Engineering Day, and we've been celebrating across our sites.

Our ladies in Poland were surprised with flowers — a little reminder of just how much they're appreciated. 💐

In the UK, we had something a little extra special. Our Global Engineering Council happened to be visiting this week, so our female engineers joined them for breakfast this morning. It was a lovely, informal opportunity to connect with Council members, catch up with colleagues, and celebrate the amazing things women contribute to engineering at Southco and beyond.

This year's theme is Engineering Intelligence — and our team embodies that every single day.

Today at our Worcester, UK facility, we celebrated with the theme ‘Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.’

From nature-inspired photos to a sea of green outfits, it’s been brilliant to see everyone’s passion for protecting our planet.

A huge thank you to everyone who submitted photos for our challenge — the creativity really shone through.

Tradycji stało się zadość! 🍦🎉

Jak co roku, w Dzień Dziecka nie mogliśmy odmówić sobie tej słodkiej przyjemności, jaką są lody. Dla naszego zespołu w Rzeszowie zorganizowaliśmy mały poczęstunek i chwilę wytchnienia od codziennych obowiązków.
Choć poranek nie rozpieszczał nas pogodą, popołudnie przywitaliśmy pięknym słońcem, które tylko dodało uroku wspólnie spędzonym chwilom.🌞
To właśnie takie spotkania budują zespół – dają przestrzeń do rozmów, wspólnego śmiechu i wzmacniania relacji poza codzienną pracą.😊
