With the new football season kicking off this week, we see our products going into a brand new sports arena, where our team were involved in the manufacture of lath for over 300 roller shutters.

Using Tata Steel UK DX51D steel - a high-ductility, flexible hot-dip coated steel conforming to BS EN 10346:2015 standard, we produced thousands of meters for a variety of applications and requirements.

It is great to see our products forming part of something on such scale, and even better knowing our customers can count on us for quality, accuracy and delivery when it matters

🚀 Project Spotlight: 95mm Insulated Speed Doors

We are pleased to showcase this recent installation sent in by one of our customers who required our WM95™ system for the manufacture of 24 x Insulated Fire Exit Speed doors at a state-of-the-art facility in Warrington.

What sets our system apart?
Our 95mm Curved Foam Insulated Lath is designed and engineered to deliver a compact wrap at the top of the door opening, while maintaining rigidity through specific strengthening ribs on the front and back face of the profile. This lightweight lath design significantly minimizes deflection, allowing the use of a smaller diameter barrel and drive unit saving huge costs.
