A Connection You Can Trust.

Recently, we highlighted the hold-open function of the new AR9798 electromagnetic door closer from ARRONE. This week, we're taking a closer look at its free-swing function and how it works.

AR9798 free-swing function:

A Connection You Can Trust.

The AR9798 electromagnetic overhead door closing device from ARRONE features both hold-open and free-swing functions.

This week we are looking at its hold-open function and how it works.
AR9798 hold-open function:

✅ The door is held open by an electromagnet.
✅ When the fire alarm is triggered, or power is cut, the magnet releases and the door will close automatically.
✅ It ensures compliance with fire safety regulations while allowing free movement during normal operation.
✅ The closer also features a manual release capability, which allows safe closing without damaging the mechanism.
