Fastener Friday Spotlight | Meet the Team
Caden Webb

At Victory Fasteners, understanding the product is fundamental to delivering excellent service and Caden Webb’s journey so far reflects exactly that.

Beginning his career with Victory Fasteners in the in-house engineering machine shop, Caden developed hands-on experience in cutting, threading, drilling, and general engineering duties. This practical foundation has supported his transition into a sales and sales administration role, where technical knowledge plays a key part in understanding customer requirements and delivering accurate solutions.

Now working closely with UK customers day to day, Caden manages customer enquiries, prepares quotations, and focuses on resolving requirements efficiently, supported by an understanding of how fastener components are manufactured and specified.

It’s this combination of engineering insight and customer focus that helps build clear understanding, supporting confident, straightforward communication with customers.

Caden Webb:
"Moving into sales has been a great step for me. I’ve enjoyed taking on new challenges and learning more about the business as a whole. Having that hands-on experience from the shop floor really helps when speaking with customers and understanding what they need."

Life Outside Fasteners
Outside of work, Caden enjoys keeping active at the gym, spending time with his newborn, and following Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C.. He also enjoys socialising with friends, listening to music, and getting out on long drives.

Great to have Caden as part of the team, and we look forward to supporting his continued development.
