Victory Fasteners has taken delivery of a Takisawa EX-108 CNC lathe, with installation now underway at our West Midlands manufacturing facility.

This latest addition forms part of our structured programme of continued investment—strengthening our bespoke manufacturing capabilities, increasing production flexibility and helping us respond more quickly to demanding customer deadlines.

With enhanced CNC turning capacity, faster setup and the versatility to support bespoke components, prototypes and repeat production, the EX-108 represents another important step forward for Victory Fasteners and our customers.

Manufactured by Victory Fasteners from high-strength blank fasteners held in stock, supporting a quick and flexible response to the customer’s requirement.

Specification:

• M42 × 480
• Property class 12.9
• DIN 931 hex bolt
• 115mm thread
• Zinc-plated finish
• Complete with nuts and washers

The stocked blanks were cut to the required length before the 115mm threads were produced using our in-house screw-cutting capability. The completed bolts were then prepared for zinc plating.

Our comprehensive stock-holding of blank fasteners allows us to respond quickly to requirements for non-standard dimensions and specific thread lengths.
